Any time I had questions they were right there to explain or help. They filed appeals quickly sometimes the same day we received denials. They helped me fill out all of the overwhelming paperwork. Helped me win SSI while we waited for the opportunity to appear before the judge. I had some tricky issues they were able to sort out to insure I didn't loose my work credits.They were there next to me when I appeared before the the judge for the hearing.  Advised me and with some minor changes we won. This process took almost 2 yrs w all the loopholes in the system.
