They left that firm to join Barclay Damon.  I should have dropped them then.  Matthew Eaves is a decent man but Rachelle Nuhfer has no empathy or understanding of how difficult a time this is when settling a family members affairs.  She provides nothing in the way of service without a exorbitant fee attached.  This firm is in it for the money 1000 percent and treat their grieving clients like garbage .  They do not return calls or emails and are always out of the office spending their clients inheritance money that they did very little to earn.  I have been waiting for over 3 1/2 years for this to all be settled.  It’s a shame you can’t sue an attorney. I can’t think of one experience I have had since hiring them for my fathers estate.
