I had been arrested for Obstruction of Justice/ Retaliation.  Something that should have only come out to public intoxication but my lawyer did neither for me Lacey A Mullowney looked at the technical side of the law and did nothing to argue, persuade, or move the court to a better decision she only agreed with the D.A. and allowed them to run rampant over me.  I would have done better on my own honestly she gave me ill advice, and is of ill repute in my eyes.  If you have the opportunity to have her as your lawyer do not.. However Cherie Ballard, her partner seemed astute willing to listen, and willing to fight for YOU, and not for the opposing side.
