Once you signed the retainer, he's hard to find and won't call you back after his receptionist relate your message to him. I called in the mornings and he won't call back til 7:30 pm.. he keep saying \"I was in court, I was in court\" Yes..@7 P.M. when I here back from him... Workers comp will not talk to you after you hire an attorney, that's why I'm upset... they mailed my info to him that I needed to know about but he didn't tell me, maybe he forgot or He's not taking my case serious! I have reviewed the detailed call log and notes from Nicholas and I see that there has been extensive communication with yourself and Nick and our paralegal Jen. I have counted at least a 10 phone calls with Jen and more than 12 phone calls with Nicholas with detailed notes of the conversations over the last 3 months. Most calls were returned the same day. Claiming that Nicholas never calls you back is just untrue and an unfair depiction of our service.<br><br>I explained that Worker's compensation control dates occur in the morning so there are times where or attorneys may spend most of the morning at the Work Comp Bureau and then the rest of the afternoon in appointments. We try to get back to our clients as soon as possible, which is why you likely received calls from Nicholas in the evening.
