To be 100% if you want an attorney who doesn’t respond within 48 hours and doesn’t include you in the progression of a case, you will love him. I didn’t know about any proceedings the majority of my time with him as my attorney.\n\nI didn’t know about the deposition until 2 weeks beforehand. Luckily my supervisor is a logically sound person and approved my leave.\n\nWe made it to summary judgement and I was told directly by Willie Scott that he will send me a draft of “our” response but never did. I put “our” in quotes because I never approved or denied the final draft he submitted in response to Mercedes-Benz attorneys summary judgement.\n\nI would call Willie Scott numerous times, leave voicemails, send emails, and submit something to the portal. No responses until it’s been over 48 hours or nothing at all. Once I had to edit a Google review to get him to reply to my question. So I do not recommend Willie Scott if you want communication of your own case.\n\nAll I can really say is Willie Scott is an attorney.
