Having to do that is a horrific nightmare for me and I can't wake up. The young lady I spoke with said I shld expect a call in about 2 days. A week and half later, I call back and they tell me they sent me information via email/DocuSign to fill out. How am I supposed to know this is their process. How do I know to expect anything in my email that cld have gone in to my spam/junk folder.  Also, if you haven't heard back from someone that obviously needs help and has no idea what they're doing, you cld just do a follow up call. I am now left guessing they're too busy for me or my daughter.
