ordeal that transpires over a 3 year period can be difficult.  However, that is not the case with Kimberly Cook and Mike Sexton as they took on my daughter's case of applying for disability through Social Security.  Once I understood the paperwork they needed from a myriad of doctors, therapists, former employers and psychiatrists, I was able to go to work and compile what they needed.  If any piece of information was missing or needed further explanation, Ms. Cook and Mr. Sexton were there to walk me through it and together we went to work on obtaining it.  Kimberly was always available and willing to (cheerfully) give me an update on the progress.  I never felt as if I was bothering her and she made me feel as if my daughter's case was of high importance to her -- always having the details at her fingertips.  When my daughter failed to show for her first hearing, Mike handled it with ease and grace assuring me that sometimes this happens with clients suffering a mental illness and we would continue supporting her needs in this effort.  However this case turns out, I have full faith and confidence that Avard and these two individuals specifically gave it 150%.
