Two years ago I had a lower back strain and my orthopedic doctor ordered PT but never gave me a physical exam. After a month of PT I was still in pain. The PT did not exercise the correct muscles. Dr. Ghazi correctly examined me and diagnosed  which muscles were causing the pain. He devised a treatment program and within a week I was feeling better.
