I had fractured my femur in a work related accident due to the negligence of one of our company's suppliers.\n\nIan was always patient and kept me abreast of everything.  My phone calls were quickly returned.  He had estimated about 2 years to come to trial, however in 2019,  I retired and moved out of state.  Covid began, cancelling our court date, to an unknown time.\n\nAgainst Ian’s advice, I chose to settle, even though he said that this could bother me in the future and it was better to go to trial.
