We needed a personal injury attorney after our child was severely bitten by a neighbors dog. The dog bite was so severe, it required a 30 day hospital stay, and a bill of nearly $350,000 just for the hospital. The responsible parties insurance was very inadequate, but, when the process was over, my child is now guaranteed a payout worth more than the insurance settlement. And the best part, we didn't have to do it alone, or with someone who treated us like another case instead of a family trying to rebuild from what we went through. We had called around at some other lawyers, but, everything seemed off, they didn't care about our child, or what they went through. They looked at it solely to see what money they could take, not at the child and parents who needed help. We knew we had to find someone better, and we did. Lissa was our point of contact for much of the process, helping us with paperwork, being patient, kind, and made sure we understood everything that was going on. She would also ask about our child, and how they were doing and I knew it was because she cared about them, not because she had to. I would highly reccomend Greg Baumgartner to represent your child in any personal injury case. I am reccomending him to my friends and family as well, having someone with his experience and people like Lissa to touch base with you and answer any questions can be the difference in clawing back some normality.
