Jorge, the case manager bluntly said that they don’t take cases like this, but there is news articles, their website articles and videos plainly stating that they take hotel sexual assault cases. They did not have any excuse and could not give me any other case that was hindering them. I was given a lie and excuse that they couldn’t take my case and “referred out”.
