I contacted other law offices and never received a response.  I talked to other intake consultants and they were cold and non-empathetic. They couldn't answer my questions because they were just taking my information and had no knowledge of the subject matter. Or, wouldn't provide information because it was considered \"legal advice\"   I had never been in a situation where I had a WC event. I went to the AZ Industrial Commission website and tried to research it. I needed some of the information translated into layman's terms to understand it. Dennis took the time to explain the basic concepts of WC, it's process and what to expect. It was so refreshing and gave me so much peace of mind.  I kept getting \"advice\" from people that had WC cases in which they got a big payout or had to get a lawyer.
