It was a very scary accident for me because I was seven months pregnant at the time and was taken by ambulance to the local hospital. I contacted Arellanez Legal a few days after the accident because the law firm was recommended to me by a friend. My case was handled by Michael Arellanez who is very professional and makes you feel like family. The insurance company claimed their driver was not at fault. This greatly upset me because I was rear ended at a stop light. I could not believe an insurance company would claim I was not injured. Michael explained that the case would need to be mediated.
