I was an expensive firm but for the price, they were extremely disorganized. When I showed up to the hearing- the judge, the defendant and myself all had different binder with evidence numbers on it. Making it extremely difficult to hear the case. With the divorce, paperwork wasn’t submitted and I wasn’t explained all my options (the other side would not sign the papers). After leaving the firm and finding a more competent team, I tried emailing them (without a response)  as to my bill because I was charged for things that were not completed.
