The room was large and set up perfectly.  The team was very well prepared with all the information that you are required to learn and went through it flawlessly including answering any and all questions that the audience members had.\n\nAll of the sponsors paid for a light breakfast and a scrumptious hot lunch for all, and advised the audience of their individual businesses, and provided handouts and promotional giveaways.\n\nThe only drawback for me is that presenters really do need to speak directly into the microphone.
