Even after getting VIDEO evidence a drink was thrown on me and I was ganged upon by 2 women now I’m the one with the charges because I THREATENED them with pepper spray? Then Andrew coerced me to accept what the judge was offering which was a misdemeanor (Class A) for aggravated battery even though there was video evidence that I NEVER assaulted anyone. I’m sure if I was different skintone I’d have a DIFFERENT outcome on this situation!
