Another reviewer mentioned that he answers the phone in his own office and that was absolutely true in my case as well.  I have to say, I probably have never been given such helpful legal advice over the phone in my entire life.  After explaining my case to him, Mr. Kopp patiently and thoroughly explained what my rights were, what could potentially happen if I chose one option over another option, and answered every single one of my questions for almost an hour.  After our conversation, I felt much more confident settling my case and I have Mr. Kopp to thank for that.  I also asked him at the end of our conversation if he thought I needed an attorney.  He said he didn’t feel like I needed one which made me feel that he was looking out for my interests instead of his own. If you make a mistake, it can take up to 18 months to rectify.
