According to Google, the overall success rate granting relief is less then 1%.  Meaning this- very few lawyers  appeal to the  Colorado Supreme Court when an unfair ruling occurs.\nI am so grateful and proud to have Chad Hemmat, Cameron Hunter and Jason Alleman on my side and fighting on my behalf. This time my husband and I both were involved in a car accident together and obtained legal counsel from them. Unlike last time, we mostly worked with Jason. With my case four years ago, I mostly worked with Cameron. Both are truly exceptional attorneys. Jason was there to explain our options every step of the way. Our case lasted two years, due to the at fault driver dodging being served. Which was a real pain. But Anderson Hemmat hired a private investigator to help locate her to be served. I'm not so sure many other law firms in the area would have went to these lengths. Most would have likely dropped the case at some of the points where Anderson Hemmat just kept digging in deeper to get my husband and I the maximum amount of settlements for our injuries. Jason was also an expert negotiator when he finally got the insurance company to start working with us.
