The receptionist seems to be unable to get anyone to help locate the paperwork.\n\nThe expectation when hiring a firm for estate planning is that they will be there in your greatest time of need, but Anderson, Dorn & Rader has been anything but.  I would warn any potential customers to NOT USE Anderson, Dorn & Rader for their estate planning services because they will not be there to provide you with a copy of the documents, even in an emergency.\n\nAfter reading other reviews it appears many people have had the same challenge.
