The system is not always fair but it is the kinder thing to do--to explain the reality of the situation rather than have the potential client file a claim that will likely be unsuccessful and potentially have that person responsible for the other side's costs or have that person spin their wheels and call 15 more lawyers who tell them they have a conflict or are too busy to take the claim (which is usually lawyer speak for you don't have a good case but I don't want to tell you that).  Most people appreciate hearing the reality they are facing even if it is hard to take.  But not everyone does and I understand that.  People call lawyers on their hardest day, when something bad has happened and that  can be emotionally difficult.  <br><br>That said, you are not a client nor have you ever been one of my clients.  I am sorry you have that impression.  I hope you are able to find a lawyer to pursue a claim on your behalf. When I called, I was treated with rudeness and impatience from the very beginning. It felt like she wasn't interested in understanding the facts at all, just in rushing me off the phone.\nProfessionalism and basic courtesy are the bare minimum you should expect when you’re seeking legal help, and unfortunately, I didn’t find either here. I would not recommend this attorney to anyone looking for someone who will actually take the time to listen and consider your evidence.
