I was contacted in May 2024 to serve papers across Florida for an agreed fee. We completed all jobs as instructed, but now they claim they didn't receive the original affidavits in the mail. I can guarantee we sent them 100%.\n\nThey also mentioned that their client hasn’t paid them, which is not my concern. I did my job, and they refuse to pay for the work completed. This company takes advantage of servers and operates unprofessionally. I concur with Michelle, the Attorney from the Bay area.  This is a very poorly run business.  My company had completed a serve for them at a discounted rate in January.  It is the end of March and we are still not paid.  I paid my server out of my operating expense and I'm waiting for reimbursement.  I've emailed and called and again, concur with Michelle, they don't know how to run a business and they are quite rude.  I would never recommend their services to anyone and I would tell any server willing to work for them to not bother.
