BUT HOW DID THEY GET IN CONTACT IF THEYRE SHUT DOWN? I’m so lost how Chase was able to contact them but they’re unable to give us paying clients a working number, email or office to even go to. It’s Horrible that you shut off All your numbers, emails, and offices just so nobody can get their money back for the services that I paid for, BUT if it’s a major company like “chase bank” Then they will respond to the banks disputing them telling them that they won’t refund the money. Not only does this company have my bank account information , they are able to take out money any time they please and charge it as an ACH transaction so Chase Bank can’t refund me my money is INFURIATING. THIS IS FRAUD AND A SCAM.
