Not helpful at all , it was a complete failure! I dont recommend at all to anyone going trough a difficult time. However, since then, communication has been disappointing.\nI often have to reach out myself to ask for updates about my case. I do not receive proactive calls or messages explaining what is happening or where things stand. Most of the communication seems to focus only on my medical treatment.\nOne of my main concerns is my vehicle. At the beginning, I specifically asked whether the firm would help me communicate with the other driver's insurance company regarding the repair of my car, and I was told that they would. However, after speaking with them about this issue a couple of weeks ago, I have not received any updates, information, or guidance. When I send messages asking about my car, those questions often go unanswered.\nI understand that these cases take time, but I would appreciate clear communication. If the firm is not going to assist with the property damage claim, that is completely fine, I can handle it myself.
