The 5 star reviews must be family and friends because Mr. Ramirez did not help my sister in law (who is now incarcerated) with her case whatsoever. He couldn’t even do the bare minimum of letting her know that her court had been cancelled or rescheduled. Now that SIL is incarcerated, I’ve been contacting his office for over a month to request a copy of her case file without avail. The ladies in front office were nice to take my info down and pass the message along to him but it’s been like pulling teeth to get a response and I finally did yesterday  from him because I had to text/call his personal cell. He sent a link to look her case up online and was VERY rude but again I did not have her case number or info so I asked him to provide me with those & again I’m being ignored. Called his office again this morning and Ms. Alice Villareal was super helpful to forward me my SIL case number, something Mr. Ramirez could have done easily this past month. 100% do not recommend Alfred Ramirez. I’d give 5 stars to the receptionist at his office Alice Villareal instead of him and that says a lot. Isn’t this your chosen profession, Mr. Ramirez? Do your job.\n\nEdit in response to Mr. Ramirez review reply: I’m surprised I’ve gotten a quicker response on google than I have through email and phone calls.. Mr. Ramirez all you said in text was “ask her to ask” word for word nothing else. You never mentioned I needed permission from her to allow you to release her records to me. Never.
