At worst, does not have the client's best interest in mind, but rather his own monetary gain.  Problems happen that is why one hires an attorney.  Unfortunately, there exist incompetent attorneys who do not have ones interest in mind.  And as a latter experience, there exist competent attorneys who resolve those same  problems in ones interest because they respect their clients.
