After mediation I was ready to compromise a little bit on the 50/50 just to get things over with, but Ryan wouldn't let me, because he knew how important it was to me when I first came in.  I'm still so grateful for this, that he kept my goals his priority.  In the end, I did get 50/50 and price of the entire process was very fair.
