She avoids my concerns, sidelines and cowers at my direct questions about the “CONSULTATION” definition and meaning behind their “lead-capturing” pitch/promise on their website.  She talks over me EVERY single time, like a truly manipulative “I’m better than you” attitude would do.  Disrespectful, unprofessional, low-hanging fruit grabbing firm just treating me like “trash” that they have no use for.\n\nSo, be sure to file a compliant with the State Bar of California so they can now spend all that extra saved “time” dealing with the state bar complaints.   And, don’t forget to leave your relevant Rating and Reviews on all the websites out there so that YOU can help prevent this from happening to others.  It’s unnecessary harm on the public, and I hope my review here helps prevent YOU and others from wasting your Time and your Stress, Frustration (your Health) like I did.\n\nIf I would have seen a review like this, I would have never called in to be put through that treatment, as I’ve seen it before with other Attorneys and I finally know what all to look out for.\n\nHere’s what to LOOK OUT FOR and what to expect:\n- an “intake specialist” that is difficult to understand with a poor phone connection, communications, and attitude of arrogance.  “MOST” are OUTSOURCED from a foreign country where our privacy Laws likely don’t have jurisdiction, and now you’re giving YOUR personal information to an outsourced “intake specialist” if so.\n- the attorney never gets on the phone and NOBODY “consults” on anything.  Only an attorney can “consult” but you’ll never get that respectful consultation before you MUST give up a lot of your Data, Contact info, Personal Info (often including your Address, Email, Phone, Income, Employer Name, and tons of other personal information.\n\nIt’s a Lead-Capture situation FIRST AND FOREMOST with your personal data being given.  It’s very unsettling, and then you don’t get the “free consultation” rather, they lie to you by repeatedly saying “the intake IS the free consultation”…\n\nNO. NO. NO…\n\nA “CONSULTATION” given, has nothing to do with a non-qualified person ONLY asking personal questions, and never “consulting” on it… because they legally CANNOT consult.\n\nThen, they refuse to give you a consultation, and you never talk to an attorney. I hope the State Bar gets enough complaints to make a change to this misleading tactic going on with law firms.  FILE YOUR COMPLAINT with State Bar, and avoid these other law firms that are doing this, there are still law firms that don’t do this.\n\nAnd, by the way… the person who called me back from Aegis Law Firm said… “we primarily focus on CLASS ACTION LAWSUITS”…\n\nRight there, is exactly what I’m talking about… I never should have been wasting time with this law firm “intake” runaround.
