I had asked for Melissa but she didn’t call. This make attorney told me he was leaving the firm and he wouldn’t represent me anyway. I have a very good case, and have a lot of money to put into it. I was looking to get custody of my son. I was able to get custody of my son but after that everything just drug out. My ex continued to take me to court to fight me and he had no attorney so I had to continue to go to court. Now he has obtained an attorney and I spoke with the firm and told them he had an attorney what do we do now and I was told if I want ms wilson to continue to represent me I would have to pay another retainer. Im just confused because the case is still open it was never closed so I dont understand why I would have to pay another retainer. Now here I am broke and have to go to court alone and possibly loose my son because of this.
