Customer service is poor and lacks empathy, especially for those who are just starting out and need guidance. Even if I can't express myself perfectly, I expected more understanding. I find it truly sad that you even have to pay, even if it's just a dollar, just to get a response. Everything seems to revolve around getting paid. I just wanted to understand what I was spending my money on. That's why I asked so many questions: it's my first time and I don't know what to do. However, everything seems to bother them, unless you pay upfront. I don't think that's right.
