I returned the second time after they had handled my first case successfully.\n\nThe attorney I used the first time had changed firms, so Steven Anglés handled my case this time. This time my claim was a bit more complicated as two different defendants & insurance companies were implicated in responsibility. Once Steve had been hired and took on the case it alleviated the unrelenting pressure I had been under from both of the defendant's attorneys.\n\nEach member of Steve's team, Heather (case manager whom I had worked with before), Elisabeth (attorney), & Sabrina (Litigation paralegal), were always immediately responsive to the myriad of questions that I had during a fairly long process of settling this claim, since neither of the two defendant's were admitting responsibility for being at fault.\n\nAs this case wound down, & blame assigned to one party my a mediator, that attorney tried to make a low ball offer & threatened to go to court over the claim after the mediator had already awarded a claim amount.
