I called this person back and when he answered, he said he was finishing up another call.  He put me on hold and after waiting four minutes, I hung up.  He could have scheduled an appointment and got back to his call, but did not.  He did not call back until a few minutes to 5:00pm, meaning that he likely did not finish his call for over at least a half an hour.  We do free consultations and I do my best to get back to people as quickly as I can.  I am sorry that you feel disappointed, however, please understand that my time is also valuable.
