Furthermore, I found myself consistently initiating contact and inquiries about the case's progress. Each time I attempted to speak with Mr. Vargas, I was informed that he was in court, forcing me to resort to email correspondence and wait for his responses.\n\nAfter some time, I was assigned another lawyer from his firm who seemed uninformed about my case, requiring me to provide a detailed explanation of the entire situation, which I found quite absurd. Following this experience, Mr. Vargas resumed handling my case. I had clearly communicated my preference to deal exclusively with Mr. Vargas as my point of contact within their firm.\n\nIn summary, my overall experience with this law firm was nothing but a hassle. Despite the impressive appearance of their offices, the service they provided was far from impressive. While their staff was friendly and helpful, I did not get that level of support. I am extremely dissatisfied with the outcome of my case. In my opinion, considering the amount of work Mr. Vargas performed, he did not deserve 1/3 of the compensation I received from my insurance company.\n\nFurthermore, Mr. Vargas billed separately for miscellaneous expenses, significantly reducing the final amount I received.
