Now I’m getting calls from a debt collector for a hospital first care bill that was supposed to be settled and my lawyer is ignoring my messages, just to be consistent with the previous experience.\nI decided not to leave a bad review before when the case was closed, even though it was horrible, and all the miscommunication, and regardless of an incident where they had me go to office for an appointment to wait for hours only to never show up, no apologies, not a word from the lawyer.\nThen, also be mindful that if you attempt to get any response on the phone, you are actually reaching out to a call center, so you are never connected directly to the office.
