The lawyer Ms. Abbasi was 35 mins late for consultation with no appology.\nKnowledge:  i think she had OK knowledge of the topics i was interested to know about. Though i had provided details ahead of time and what INA i will be talking about, but she had to read rules on the go during consultation. USCIS/ DHS rules are complicated and definition may not be what it seems through a quick google search. If i was her, i would have read through the rules in my own time and had a deeper understanding rather than swifting through on the call.
