We were both told to wait for a retention contract for a matter regarding an Auto Dealership in our area so we could pursue Legal Action. As of today, February 23rd, 2023, we still have not had any contact from Mrs. Ferraris, nor from her Paralegal, Mr Cruz, even though we were supposed to here from him around 2 Weeks ago. While we do feel slightly taken advantage of, we definitely feel more abandoned without any anwsers or any idea as to what is going on, and why their has been Zero response from the Firm. Christine was thirty minutes late to a paid consultation. When she finally joined she said she was not in possession of any of the materials I provided ahead of time to her and her staff as well as intake forms I had previously filled out, she said she didn't have them. I asked for an e-mail address for which I may send her the information again which she impatiently and condescendingly insisted that I instead show her over Zoom and asked if I knew how to share my screen in the tone you'd use with a small child or a Luddite elderly grandparent. After I followed the advice she provided in our meeting and reached back out to her she has returned exactly 0 communications. As a side note her actual official intake form asks for your date of birth and is a required field, but says beside it that it's not required and is just to wish you a happy birthday. What? At least the universe still has a sense of humor and the irony of the situation isn't lost on me that this experience is with a lawyer who is associated with consumer advocacy.
